LINENS: Please do NOT make the beds and simply leave all used sheets on the beds.
BATH TOWELS: Leave any dirty bath towels on the floor of the bathroom.
BEACH TOWELS (8): Leave used beach towels in front of washer.

2. Tidying

DISHES: Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. Counter tops should be clean.
GRILL: If used, please clean. Full grill use instructions are located here.
FOOD: Remove ALL food items, ice packs, coolers, boxes etc. from the house (including anything in cupboards, refrigerator & freezer).
COFFEE MAKER: Empty coffee maker (both filter & coffee in the unit).
GARBAGE: Put all garbage in outside cans with lids secure. Full trash guidelines are located here.

LIGHTS/FANS/TV/AIR-CONDITIONERS/Heat: Please turn off all of these before you leave.
FAUCETS: Please check that all faucets are fully shut.
WINDOWS: Close all windows.

CHAIRS: Please place all beach chairs in outside white storage box
BEACH UMBRELLA: Place beach umbrellas in carrying bag and back in white storage box
UP-UPSTAIRS Door: Please ensure that the storm door is closed and securly latched shut
REAR Door: Please ensure that rear doors (storm and main door) are shut and deadbolt is locked.
ENTRY DOOR: Lock front door upon leaving - Fully close the door and then press the 'lock' icon on the keypad.
