The iconic RANGE Beach House is easily spotted on the ocean side of the road as you approach on E. Grand Ave. As a guide-point, we are directly south of the Friendship Suites Hotel. 

Parking is extremely tight and any nearby parking spaces that may appear available are reserved for Beachwalk HOA homeowner parking. For this reason, we have a outward facing video camera (please note the photo to the left of what is recorded) to monitor parking - this is to ensure that your parking space is available to you and the other spaces are not obstructed or otherwise used by unauthorized vehicles. There is no audio recording on this camera.

The RANGE Beach House has guest parking for a maximum of 1 vehicle only!

There is a municipal parking lot located 1/2 mile south on Miliken Street. Parking at this lot can be booked in advance at a rate of $58/week on the towns website. If you are staying at The RANGE Beach House for a full week, we will most happily reimburse your for this $58 parking fee. Just let us know!

Pease take care to not pull too far forward into the landscaping, and do not extend out into the walk way - vehicles parked or encroaching on this public walkway will likely be ticketed and/or towed.

At the front door, we have a keyless entry Smartlock for your convenience. Your access code is the last 4 digits of your phone number that you registered the booking with.

Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 PM
